My aim is to make your PC do what you want it to.  My primary focus is Windows PC environment with some limited coverage for Android tablets and smart phones and iPADs and Apple Macs. ( Limited coverage for digital camera, scanner, media streams, theatre sounds, smart TV etc. in so far as they connect to you Windows PC.)

Problem solving starts from as little as £10. Call out fee £20/£30, includes up to 30 mins of investigation; this fee may be waived as part of the work thereafter,

Remedial/advice/coaching/setup/installation work - £50/hr (labour only for first hour, then £20 every 0.5 hr or part of); daily rate attracts up to 40% off;

fixed fee problem determination with recommended resolution £50 inclusive of call out);

Parts and accessories are chargeable extra;

Can install your own purchased hardware.

Payment is by cash, cheque and Paypal
